Summer Business Transformation Intern

During the Summer program, you will work cross-functionally with teams including operations, marketing, and product to drive our customer experience and contribute to solving some of our toughest problems while taking advantage of our most significant market opportunities. Our ideal summer intern will be self-motivated, curious, highly organized, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Projects can vary in size, scope, and timeline depending on the most high-potential needs of the business. Some examples of work could include considering new methods or ways to reach our target audience, developing a new model/process, or evaluating new revenue streams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute 1-2 projects relating to the transformation of our business, which could focus on a combination of incremental revenue generation, optimization and/or process improvements.
  • Provide analytical support to inform strategies for solving problems and executing innovative initiatives.
  • Get exposure to and partner with a wide variety of cross-functional teams such as marketing, analytics, and strategy.
  • Build an understanding of our user experience by observing how customers interact with our products and identifying patterns that shape their behavior.
  • Develop an understanding of the competitor landscape by reviewing competitor offerings and monitoring broader market trends that shape how customers engage with our category.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in Organization and Management, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Quantitative Science.
  • Must be planning for degree completion between August 2026 – June 2027.
  • Must have U.S. Work Authorization and does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be in commutable distance from or willing to relocate to designated office.
  • Must be willing to work in-office (days and frequency determined by hiring manager and based on intern programming).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience.
  • Familiarity working with Excel & SQL (or other similar coding language).
  • Proficient in synthesizing and summarizing information and datasets for the purpose of presentations, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills & excellent relationship management.
  • Experience working as both an individual contributor and as a collaborator in team environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in learning consumer technology, sports & entertainment, or the gaming industry preferred. Skilled at influencing and building relationships across the organization at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive in identifying opportunities, solutions, and areas to add value.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Team player with the desire to bring a positive attitude to a group dynamic.

Compensation:

This position is expected to pay $26.50 per hour.
