This program offers a valuable opportunity for students from our surrounding communities and colleges to gain positive hands-on experience. Interns will learn valuable skills directly from our knowledgeable CST Scientists, contributing to both their academic and professional development. Many interns are invited to continue their internship in consecutive years, and after completing their degrees, some return to CST as full-time employees.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Summer Internship
  • Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
  • Projected Program Dates: May 26, 2026 – August 14, 2026
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program with a Business focus. Graduate students are not eligible for this program.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this internship may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting members of the corporate & development team on alliance management and other partner opportunities.
  • Assisting with financial analyses, market research, and/or business cases.
  • Execution of a short-term and dedicated TBD project.
  • Presenting one business journal article review to the team or a larger audience.
  • Delivering an incoming presentation on day one, which will be a personal introduction and review of education, skills, experience, and future goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program with a Business focus.
  • Should possess a passion for business and the business of science.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability and willingness to speak publicly.
  • Exhibit good analytical skills and fluency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  2. A link to a YouTube Video (60-second video introducing yourself and describing how an internship at CST will contribute to your future goals).
  3. 1 Letter of Recommendation.
  4. Copy of an unofficial transcript.

Returning interns should apply with an updated copy of their resume only. No other application material is needed.
