About the Job
Maillie LLP’s Summer Internship presents an excellent opportunity for students pursuing an accounting degree to experience first-hand what it’s like to work in the field. This internship runs from early June to the end of July and offers an introduction to a career in public accounting with a focus on Audit.
As an intern at Maillie, you will gain experience in the following areas:
• Learn Prosystem Engagement, CCH Axcess, and other accounting software.
• Completion of a Compilation, Review, and Audit Case Studies
• Work with different audit teams on client engagements performing various audit tasks.
• Communicate with all levels at the firm including Managers and Partners.
Qualifications
• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• High degree of comfort learning new software applications.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 24 hours a week.
