The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Wilmington, DE; Columbus, OH; Plano, TX

• Team: Consumer & Community Banking division, part of the Chase Associate Program (CAP)
• Mission: This role aims to deepen your knowledge of Chase through exposure to various business units, focusing on value-add matters that impact customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Effectiveness: Measure operational effectiveness, integrate changes, define and analyze success metrics, and assess and forecast profit.
• Product Development: Drive product development through its lifecycle, including testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new and developing features.
• Project Management: Manage high visibility projects related to brands, products, and services, collaborating cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement business strategies, models, and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory controls.
• Solution Development: Formulate innovative solutions for key business cases by collaborating across business, product areas, and various functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in any role or industry, demonstrating unique perspectives and leadership.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication of complex information to various audiences; demonstrated leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to adapt to various work environments and leadership styles.
• Bonus: Experience in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business; an interest in supporting financial products and services.
