The Tone:
This is an early career, paid internship at Bank of America, located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Charlotte, New York City, San Francisco. Bank of America’s Global Payments Solutions delivers solutions that help clients — from consumers to multinational businesses and financial institutions — move money and provides tailored treasury management and working capital solutions. This program helps students develop business acumen, gain industry-specific experience, and establish a network of peers across the bank.

• Mission: This person supports client engagement, revenue analysis, sales enablement, and product innovation within the Global Payments Solutions business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support client relationships by participating in calls, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with treasury and liquidity discussions.
• Assist with revenue and pricing analysis, including deal pricing, price modeling, and profitability analysis, to inform sales strategy.
• Prepare sales presentations and deliverables such as client-facing documents and value propositions in partnership with internal teams.
• Monitor business performance and deal flow by supporting metric reporting, revenue management routines, and ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Contribute to product development through market and client research, trend identification, and assisting with enhancements to payment solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business & Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or a related major. Candidates should be in their penultimate year of school.
• Experience: Master’s candidates should not have more than 0 years of experience. The role is a 10-week summer internship program.
• Skills: Business analytics, data management, reporting, critical thinking, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Bonus: 3.2 minimum GPA preferred.
