Global Payments Solutions Summer Analyst Program – 2027 | Bank of America

The Tone:
This is an early career, 10-week summer analyst internship at Bank of America, located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Charlotte, New York City, or San Francisco. Bank of America’s Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team provides treasury management and working capital solutions, enabling clients from consumers to multinational businesses and financial institutions to move money efficiently. This role is crucial for supporting client engagement, sales strategy, and product development within this essential part of the bank, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant business priorities.

• Mission: Support the Global Payments Solutions team in delivering critical treasury management and working capital solutions to clients by assisting with client engagement, sales, and product development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Participate in client calls and prepare meeting materials to support client-facing activities and relationship management.
• Financial Analysis: Assist with deal pricing, price modeling, and profitability analysis to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
• Sales Support: Create sales presentations, client-facing documents, and value propositions in collaboration with Relationship Managers and product partners.
• Performance Monitoring: Support business metric reporting and portfolio reviews to monitor overall business performance and deal flow.
• Product Research: Conduct market and client research to identify trends and contribute to enhancements in treasury and payments solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028. Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Business & Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Experience: No prior full-time professional experience is required, suitable for students in their penultimate year or Master’s candidates with 0 years of experience. Bank of America is unable to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship now, or in the future, for this specific role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities, along with proficient written communication and presentation development skills. Capability to conduct market and client research.
• Bonus: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred.
