What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytics: Explore data to uncover trends and opportunities, translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, support initiatives to enhance processes, and implement changes that drive measurable impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation of December 2027 or June 2028.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and business tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, curiosity, and learning agility.
• Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
