Job Description: Summer Analyst – Rockefeller Global Family Office
Rockefeller Capital Management’s New York City office within the Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking a Summer Analyst to support their team. The Summer Analyst will work closely with the Divisional Operations Director, serving as a point of contact for Private Advisor teams joining the Rockefeller Capital Management platform. This role involves liaising with various departments including Compliance, Operations, Technology, Products, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Divisional Operations Director with projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Support the team in daily operations related to the onboarding and continued support of Financial Advisors and their clients.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects regarding the transition of Advisor books, client engagement, and marketing.
• Provide assistance to the Divisional Director and the team in Private Advisor recruitment efforts.
• Develop and contribute to best practices for the business.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required.
• Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Finance, Operations, Economics, or Business is desirable.
• Prior internship experience in wealth management is a plus.
Skills:
• Basic understanding of investments and/or portfolio reporting and related terminology.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (ability to use Excel for organizing, analyzing, presenting, and reporting client information).
• Proficiency in Word, Access, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to reassess priorities as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential matters.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
