Job Description: Summer Analyst – Global Family Office Wealth Planning Center

Rockefeller Capital Management offers a ten-week Summer Analyst program (June-August) to provide aspiring professionals with an immersive experience in the world of financial advisory. As a Summer Analyst in the Global Family Office Wealth Planning Center, you will be a key member of a collaborative team focused on creating and implementing comprehensive financial plans for the firm’s Wealth Advisory divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather extensive financial information to drive plan creation.
• Enter client information into planning software.
• Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings.
• Leverage financial data to identify solutions to meet client needs and goals.
• Engage with specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and update client information and plan changes on a consistent basis.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical: Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service. Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and reprioritize under tight deadlines.
Teamwork: Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root cause and effects, and develop strategies for growth and risk mitigation.
Client Focus: Ability to identify client needs and concerns, and articulate solutions aligned with their goals in a suitable and controlled manner.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $38/hour. The actual salary will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Eligibility:

To be considered, candidates must be undergraduate students currently in their junior year and in good standing at their respective schools. They should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.
