2026 Internship, Summer – Youth Programs Marketing | Red Bull New York
The Tone:
This is an unpaid, for credit internship at Red Bull New York, located in Harrison, NJ with a hybrid work schedule. Red Bull New York is one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer that also operates one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs. This role offers hands-on experience in brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution that powers marketing and growth within these youth programs. The intern will learn how marketing drives participation, engagement, and growth, and how it functions operationally by connecting campaigns, technology, and program delivery to drive participation and revenue. Proof of receiving academic credit is required for this internship.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Plan, capture, and develop engaging content (photo, video, and written) for digital platforms, highlighting youth programs, players, and events.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns for youth programs, including email, social media, and on-site activations.
• Brand Strategy: Gain insight into how a professional sports organization communicates its value to parents, players, and clubs, ensuring consistent messaging supports growth.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using metrics like email engagement, social engagement, and registrations, applying insights to improve results.
• Event Marketing: Support on-site marketing efforts at events, including signage, promotions, content capture, and fan/parent engagement experiences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student interested in marketing, business operations, analytics, or sports management.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort creating content using digital tools, understanding social media platforms, and working with spreadsheets and data.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, strong written communication skills.
