About the Summer 2026 Marketing Internship

REDLattice is actively seeking a highly motivated and innovative college student to join our team as a Summer 2026 Marketing Intern. As an integral part of our Marketing team, you will work alongside experienced leaders and gain invaluable hands-on experience across critical areas such as digital marketing, executive thought leadership, and both internal and external communications. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to real content, impactful campaigns, and leadership messaging that truly matters.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for rising college juniors and seniors who are pursuing careers in marketing, communications, or business and are eager to build career-ready skills and make an immediate impact. You will support marketing and communications initiatives during a high-visibility period for the company, collaborating with a dynamic and fast-moving team on diverse projects. These projects will span content creation, social media management, market research, event coordination, media relations, and campaign execution, all while gaining significant exposure to the critical and rapidly evolving cyber industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, the company website, and internal communications channels.
• Assist with comprehensive research on pertinent industry trends, competitive landscapes, media ecosystems, and target audiences.
• Help coordinate a variety of marketing campaigns, company events, and strategic initiatives.
• Draft and meticulously edit various marketing materials, presentations, the quarterly newsletter, and other light copy.
• Track engagement metrics and assist in reporting on the performance of marketing activities.
• Collaborate effectively with the core marketing team, senior leadership, and various cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
• Possesses a positive, “can-do” attitude combined with a strong willingness to jump in, learn new skills, and embrace challenges.
• Demonstrates a proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent follow-through on tasks and projects.
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, superior organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in technology, cybersecurity, or national security domains.
• Comfortable and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and a foundational understanding of digital content creation and distribution.
