About This Role

The ConnectOne Bank Internship Program offers a valuable paid working experience to college students across various departments. Each summer brings a unique experience, allowing interns to work within individual departments while also collaborating on group projects. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of careers within the banking field.

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic intern eager to gain in-depth knowledge of our company and the banking industry. You will collaborate closely with our team, conducting research, capturing data, and attending meetings to learn about diverse aspects of banking.

Highlights from Previous Summer Programs:

• Networking Events: Participate in various networking opportunities throughout the summer.
• Departmental Overviews: Attend “Departmental Overview and Interview” sessions covering a range of business and development topics.
• Community Service: Engage in community service initiatives by working with CNOB-partnered Not-for-Profit organizations.

Specific Experience for CRE Florida Interns:

Interns joining our Florida Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team will gain hands-on experience in:

• Understanding and reviewing construction sources and uses.
• Financial statement and tax return spreading.
• Covenant management.

Internship Program Logistics

The Summer 2026 Internship Program will run from May 28th, 2026, through August 7th, 2026. To maximize the internship experience, consistent attendance is crucial. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours or more weekly. Travel to branches, corporate offices, and community events will be required.

This specific CRE Florida internship will be held in our West Palm Beach location.
