California Coast Credit Union is excited to announce its Summer 2026 Internship Program, offering valuable experience across various departments. This program is designed for students seeking to gain practical skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and build a foundational understanding of the credit union industry. Interns will be compensated and work a part-time schedule.

Program Dates: June 22nd – August 20th, 2026

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 24 hours per week

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Currently working on a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Age requirement: 18 + years of age.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US.

  • Exhibit a customer-focused attitude and ability to work proactively and efficiently with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Show the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and occasional walking.
  • Must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment.
  • Working environment is stable and noise level is moderate.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Work is primarily performed within a cubicle office setting.
