About The Program:
• Target Audience: College juniors and seniors.
• Objective: Offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced electrical construction environment.
• Work Environment: Interns work side-by-side with experienced professionals on real projects.
• Team Involvement: Participation across field, office, and preconstruction teams.
• Outlook: Positioned as the start of a career.

• BIM/Revit Modeler
• Estimator
• Project Engineer (Assistant Project Manager)
• Staff Accountant
• Safety Technician
• Production Specialist
• IT, HR & Accounting Support (Corporate roles)
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
• Contribute to real-world tasks that align with the chosen training role.
• Support daily operations and assist with site-based or office-based special projects.
• Participate in an individual training plan with an assigned mentor.
• Attend company-paid new hire orientation.
• Complete OSHA 10 training.
• Receive structured feedback through midterm and final evaluations.
• Travel as needed with provided lodging and per diem.
Qualifications:
• Age: Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Education: Enrolled as a junior or senior in a relevant degree program.
• GPA: 2.75 or higher preferred.
• Logistics:
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing and able to travel and relocate for the internship.
• Skills/Attributes: Strong communication, work ethic, and professional commitment.
• Work Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Background Checks: Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen.
• Criminal History: Clean criminal history and no DUI convictions.
• References: Two personal (non-relative) references and one professional or academic reference required.
