As an Under Armour Rookie, you will be given a hands-on, self-driven project designed to make a real business impact. This 12-week internship offers:

• One-on-One Mentorship: Work closely with a dedicated mentor throughout the program.

The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will collaborate with Under Armour’s data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions. These solutions will power business decisions and provide athlete performance insights. This role involves:

• Applying machine learning techniques.
• Utilizing statistical modeling.
• Implementing data visualization techniques.
• Working on real-world challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with a strong passion for leveraging data and AI to drive results.

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 – July 2027.

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
• Relocation assistance is provided.
• Work schedule can be Hybrid or fully in-office.

The hiring process for this internship is as follows:
