Position Summary – Under Armour Rookie Program:

As an Under Armour “Rookie,” you will undertake a hands-on, self-driven project designed to deliver a real business impact. The 12-week internship program includes:

• One-on-one mentorship: Direct guidance from an experienced team member.
• Learning experiences: Access to interactive Q&A sessions with executives.
• Professional development: Opportunities with talent advisors.

The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a global mindset, allowing Rookies to see the broader impact of their work.

Placement Area: AI & Advanced Analytics

The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will collaborate with data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions. These solutions are critical for powering business decisions and generating athlete performance insights. Key responsibilities and activities include:

• Applying machine learning techniques.
• Utilizing statistical modeling.
• Developing data visualization.
• Addressing real-world challenges in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates for this role are curious problem-solvers who are passionate about leveraging data and AI to drive results.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 – July 2027.

Workplace Location:

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
• Relocation assistance will be provided.
• Work schedule will be Hybrid or fully in-office.
