Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie, you will be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. This 12-week internship provides the opportunity to work one-on-one with a mentor and access to valuable learning experiences, including interactive Q&A sessions with executives and professional development opportunities with talent advisors. Emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and a global mindset, your work as a Rookie will have far-reaching impact.

Placement Area: AI & Advanced Analytics

The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will collaborate with our data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions that power business decisions and athlete performance insights. This role involves applying:

• Machine learning
• Statistical modeling
• Data visualization techniques

You will work on real-world challenges while collaborating with cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive results.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 – July 2027.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Work schedule can be Hybrid or fully in-office.
