Position Summary: Under Armour Rookie Program
As an Under Armour Rookie, you will be entrusted with a hands-on, self-driven project designed to create a real business impact. This immersive 12-week program includes:
• One-on-one mentorship: Work closely with a dedicated mentor.
• Executive Q&A sessions: Gain insights from interactive discussions with Under Armour executives.
• Professional development: Access opportunities with our talent advisors.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Experience how your work contributes to a broader global mindset.

Placement Area: AI & Advanced Analytics
The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will join our data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions that drive business decisions and athlete performance insights. Key aspects of this role include:
• Applying cutting-edge techniques: Utilize machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Real-world challenges: Tackle practical problems that have a tangible impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with partners across various departments.
Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with a passion for leveraging data and AI to achieve results.

Eligibility
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 – July 2027.

Workplace Location
• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
• Relocation assistance will be provided.
• The work schedule will be hybrid or fully in-office.
