Position Summary (Under Armour Rookie Program)

As an Under Armour Rookie, you will be given a hands-on, self-driven project designed to make a real business impact. This 12-week internship offers:

• One-on-one mentorship throughout the program.
• Access to enriching learning experiences, including interactive Q&A sessions with executives.
• Professional development opportunities with talent advisors.

With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and a global mindset, Rookies gain insight into how their work extends far beyond individual contributions.

Placement Area: AI & Advanced Analytics

The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will work closely with Under Armour’s data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions that drive business decisions and athlete performance insights. This role involves:

• Applying machine learning techniques.
• Utilizing statistical modeling.
• Implementing data visualization methods to address real-world challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve project goals.

Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive impactful results.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 – July 2027.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Work schedule will be hybrid or fully in-office.
