Job Description: Summer 2026 Internship

This internship opportunity is with the Brand Marketing team at Boll & Branch. This team is crucial for developing and disseminating brand and product narratives across all consumer touchpoints. Their objective is to cultivate strong relationships with brand advocates, including customers, interior designers, influencers, tastemakers, celebrities, and press editors, ultimately driving awareness, growth, and loyalty for the Boll & Branch brand.

As an intern, you will contribute to various projects, with a specific focus on Local Marketing, Retail, and Hospitality/Partnerships. This role offers the chance to understand the function of Brand Marketing within the broader marketing ecosystem and how impactful activations are brought to fruition.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The company is seeking a candidate who is a creative thinker eager to explore novel concepts and unconventional ideas. Equally important is the ability to organize and execute these ideas effectively. The ideal intern also keeps abreast of innovative brand partnerships and activations and is motivated to discover similar strategies to expand and nurture communities.

The intern will report to the Manager of Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support for the briefing and execution of retail initiatives and new store openings.
• Conduct research to identify local partnership opportunities and formulate recommendations for potential partners.
• Assist in the activation of partnerships and local hospitality initiatives.
• Offer on-site assistance with marketing events and activations during working hours, representing Boll & Branch to external partners.
• Prepare industry and competitive research.

Requirements:
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
• Availability to work 32 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) from May 26, 2026, through August 6, 2026.
• Possess deep curiosity and a passion to learn.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, particularly when faced with unexpected challenges.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Showcase strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred.

Work Environment and Logistics:
Boll & Branch operates under a hybrid model, with most teams required to work in the office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and flexibility for remote work on other days. For this specific role, interns are required to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The primary location for this position is Summit, NJ. Interns will be compensated at an hourly wage of $20.00 as a part-time seasonal employee.
