Summer 2026 Enterprise Management Internship | Enterprise

This is a Summer Full-Time internship at Enterprise, located in Missouri City, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Manage and oversee a fleet of vehicles as part of daily operations.
• Customer Care: Provide exceptional service and take care of customers’ needs effectively.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2026 and December 2026. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future work authorization sponsorship.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last four years in sales (defined as commission sales or sales with set goals/bonus potential, e.g., serving, retail, hospitality) OR one year of experience within the past four years in the military, as a collegiate athlete, or in a leadership role within an academic organization.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong customer and coworker relationships, apply strategic thinking to business operations, and effectively manage resources. Requires a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years, with one falling off within 12 months of employment) and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on record for the past 5 years.
