Job Description
Job Title: Summer 2026 Architecture & Interior Architecture Intern
Company Overview: RIOS – An International Design Collective Pursuing Wonder
RIOS is not just a design firm; we are an international design collective driven by the relentless pursuit of wonder within the built environment. We firmly believe that design is a profound act of optimism, a powerful conduit through which invention and innovative ideas transform the world. Our distinctive practice embraces an interconnected design philosophy, seamlessly integrating architecture, placemaking, and landscape architecture to define design as a continuous, holistic spectrum.
Our acclaimed design methodology begins with deep attunement, where a thorough understanding of program and context catalyzes powerful conceptual thinking. This process culminates in a holistically informed “big idea”, which then serves as the foundation for developing precise form, confirming optimal function, and crafting unforgettable experiences. From this bedrock, we explore the intricate layers of ecology, material integrity, and tectonic expression. RIOS is celebrated for delivering bold, innovative solutions that are inherently inclusive of their wider context. We are steadfast in our conviction that an interdisciplinary approach invariably yields solutions that are not only inclusive, resilient, and original, but also ensure genuine diversity and long-term sustainability.
