This role is crucial for integrating enterprise AI tools like ChatGPT across the studio, helping internal teams innovate and improve workflows through the thoughtful application of generative AI technologies.

• Mission: Coordinate the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools while assisting teams in developing early-stage generative AI use cases.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Program: Support the coordination of the ChatGPT Enterprise Enablement Program, including meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
• Prototype Workflows: Assist internal teams in prototyping AI workflows and use cases using ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Build Custom GPTs: Help build and test Custom GPTs for various business applications.
• Experiment with Automation: Experiment with Python scripts and other automation tools to support new AI workflows.
• Track AI Updates: Monitor and track updates across major AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a student in school or university for the duration of the internship.
• Experience: Strong familiarity with ChatGPT and other generative AI tools; practical experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with a genuine interest in applying AI in real-world business environments.
