About the Role:
As a Summer 2025 Software Engineer Intern, you will join the Core Processing Software Middleware team at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. You will contribute to the development of middleware software, specifically focusing on:
• Automating testing of middleware software
• Integrating ICP, PCD, and AMS Hardware
• Developing software in C++/Python
This internship offers hands-on experience with the full development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering/technical field
• Strong knowledge and experience with Object-Oriented Design, C++ and/or Python
• Experience working with Linux
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
Security Clearance:
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance (Secret level)
