Description: Software Engineer Intern (Effect House)

This internship focuses on building and improving Effect House, TikTok’s official Augmented Reality (AR) creation tool. You will play a crucial role in crafting the technology that empowers creators to develop and design intuitive effects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features for Effect House: Develop innovative features for TikTok’s effects editor, enhancing the user experience and expanding creative possibilities.
• Define the future direction of editing tools: Influence the core technology, workflows, and pipeline for Effect House. Shape the future of how creators use AR effects.
• Support the creator community: Work closely with both internal and external effect creators to help them achieve their creative vision.
