Summer 2025 Product Development Internship Job Description:

tarte cosmetics is offering a paid, in-person summer internship in its New York City office for rising seniors from accredited colleges/universities. This internship provides hands-on experience in product development, allowing interns to collaborate with industry leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the product development department.
• Manage assigned daily and weekly tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and presentations led by tarte leaders across various departments.
• Collaborate with interns from other departments on an independent Capstone Project.
• Develop teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Requirements:

• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college/university; rising seniors are preferred.
• Must be able to work in-person at the NYC office from June 3rd to August 7th.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
