About the Role:
Join the Dynamic Components Operations team at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems as a Summer 2025 Intern! This is a project-based role that will support various areas within the Dynamic Components Product Center, including:
• Assembly:
• Machine Shop:
• Gear Machining:
• Housing Cell/Processing:
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including 3P (Production, Preparation, Process) projects, Root Cause Investigation, and Kaizen events.
• Support all corporate and customer events, including facility tours for the Dynamic Components Center.
• Assist in developing Shop Floor visual aids and implementing a Visual Factory.
• Support corporate, AS9100, and related audit activities.
Required Skills:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Quality, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic comprehension of analytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing.
• Familiar with project management.
• Must be a US citizen.

• Adaptability; easily adjusts to changing business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• Proven teamwork abilities.
