Job Description: Summer 2025 Minitab Internship
Minitab offers summer internships (MINIternships) designed to provide college students with practical, hands-on work experience and professional development. Interns are integrated into various departments, allowing for focused work in a specific area while also fostering company-wide collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department teams on projects that drive business results.
• Gain hands-on experience in daily operations, research, analysis, and project execution.
• Participate in regular check-ins with department leaders and mentors for feedback and guidance.
• Present findings and insights to team members and department heads.
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other departmental materials.
• Shadow employees in different departments to broaden knowledge and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree.
• Ability to work on-site in either the State College or Chicago office, Monday-Thursday, for a maximum of 29 hours per week during the program dates. (State College: May 12, 2025 – August 8, 2025; Chicago: June 9, 2025 – August 8, 2025).
• Positive attitude, results-oriented, and accountable.
