Job Description: Minitab Summer 2025 MINItern
Minitab offers summer internships (MINIternships) designed to provide college students with practical, hands-on experience and professional development. Interns are integrated into various departments, allowing for focused work in a specific area while also enabling company-wide collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department teams on projects that drive business results.
• Gain hands-on experience in daily operations, research, analysis, and project execution.
• Participate in regular check-ins with leaders and mentors for progress reviews, feedback, and guidance.
• Present findings and insights to teams and department heads.
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, and other departmental materials.
• Shadow employees in different departments to broaden knowledge and networks.
Qualifications:
• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work on-site in either State College or Chicago (Monday-Thursday, max 29 hours) during the program dates. (State College: May 12, 2025 – August 8, 2025; Chicago: June 9, 2025 – August 8, 2025).
• A positive attitude, results-oriented approach, and personal accountability.
