TikTok User & Relation Internship
The User and Relation team at TikTok is focused on helping users connect, build relationships, and express themselves on the platform. They strive to create an engaging and dynamic community where users feel comfortable sharing their passions and connecting with others who care. This internship aims to provide students with hands-on experience in this field, offering a blend of social events and development workshops.

• Location: Various locations, including Los Angeles, Singapore, New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo
• Compensation: $45-$45 per hour with 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days.
• Benefits: Paid holidays, paid sick leave, mental health benefits, and mobile phone reimbursements.
Job Description
This internship will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of the TikTok iOS application. You will:
1. Develop and Implement New Features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement new features for the TikTok iOS application, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.
2. Identify and Fix Bugs: Work to identify and resolve bugs to enhance the stability and reliability of the application.
3. Contribute to Documentation: Participate in creating technical designs, user guides, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications
• Minimum:
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2025.
• Experience with at least one coding language.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
• Graduating December 2025 onwards with the intent to return to your degree program after the internship.
• Preferred: Passion for iOS development.
