Summer Internship Program:

Paid: All internships are paid.

Job Description

Summer 2025 Internship Program:

Dates: June 2 – August 8, 2025
Time Commitment: 40 hours per week (exact schedule to be determined).
Location: Universal City, CA

Areas of Placement:

Direct-to-Consumer (Peacock):
HR: Support various HR functions, including onboarding, talent development, and client relationships.
Global Distribution – International Human Resources, Film: Support international sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
Media Group Talent & Org Development: Assist with training sessions, workshops, offsites, data analysis, and research.
Operations & Technology (O&T):
Ops & Tech Human Resources: Support onboarding, performance feedback, talent attraction & development, and HR operations.
TV Entertainment:
TV DEI: Support the TV DEI team in launching careers and forging pathways to success for diverse creators.
Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG):
Opportunities within UFEG will be determined based on your interests and qualifications.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
• Actively enrolled in a degree-granting program (June 2025 – August 2025).
• Sophomore or above (30 credits).
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willing to work in Universal City, CA.
Desired Characteristics:
• Junior or above.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Interest in HR, DEI, communications, and/or employee engagement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (a plus).

hourly Rates:

• Student interns: $17.50
• Graduate students (Direct-to-Consumer & Media Group): $25.00
