About NBCUniversal Internship Program

Time Commitment: 40 hours per week.

Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to:
• Audience Development, CRM:
• Responsibilities: Support ELG (Entertainment Lifestyle Group) Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) campaigns across various NBCU networks (Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, and USA). This includes hands-on execution of marketing campaigns spanning various channels (email, mobile push, mobile in app, connected device/TV in app, web push) and partnering with Marketing Operations and Campaign Operations teams as well as cable brand partners.
• Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, process oriented, accountable, detail-oriented, articulate, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, data-driven, growth mindset, comfortable in an A/B testing environment, and a team player.
• Demand Generation:
• Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, provide recommendations on offer strategy, support the execution of offers, conduct analysis on internal and external offer performance, and partner with teams throughout the organization to influence customer behavior and maximize customer retention and growth.
• Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical skills, experience in pricing, data analytics, strategy, and/or marketing are preferred.
• Platform Editorial:
• Responsibilities: Help with platform curation, metadata optimization, WWE live events, special curation for events like the Back-to-School Collection, and more.
• Ideal Candidate: Experience with CMS and curating content for websites or video services preferred.
Qualifications:
• Basic Requirements:
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program (June 2025 through August 2025).
• May 2025 graduates are not eligible.
• Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
• Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work in Playa Vista, CA.
• Desired Characteristics:
• Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong interest in marketing, media, and/or entertainment.
• Excellent organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with AirTable, Branch, Iterable, and Tableau a plus.
Compensation:
• Undergraduate student interns: $17.50 per hour.
• Graduate student interns: $25.00 per hour.
