Job Description: Summer 2025 Internship Program (Operations)

Summary: The Bonduelle Americas Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid opportunity for currently enrolled college students. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, developing project management, networking, and communication skills. The program includes a community service project. Internships are paid and do not require course credit.

Responsibilities: Interns will work on a variety of projects, allowing them to develop project management skills. They will interact with all levels of management, enhancing their professional networking and communication abilities. A community service project is also part of the program. Interns will contribute to the company’s growth within various departments, including Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Class Level: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, fully enrolled in an accredited institution.
Major: Food Science/Food Technology/Engineering/Finance/Business.
GPA: Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA and a major GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have authorization to work in the US on an unlimited basis.
Commute: Must be able to commute to one of their plant locations: Irwindale, CA; Jackson, GA; or Salinas, CA for the duration of the program.

Additional Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities, athletics, community service, or prior work/internship experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technical skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
• Dependability and excellent time management skills.

Program Details:

Dates: June 9, 2024 – August 15, 2024 (10 weeks)
Pay Range: $20-21/hour
Location: Irwindale, CA; Swedesboro, NJ; Jackson, GA
Relocation Assistance: Not offered.
