Job Description: Summer 2025 Internship Program
Penske Truck Leasing is seeking full-time paid interns for its Corporate offices in Green Hills, PA (near Reading, PA) for the summer of 2025 (approximately May-August, 12 weeks). The internship is a full-time position, generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
Interns will work on various assignments and projects related to their field of study. All interns will participate in Penske’s Cooperative Internship Program, a hands-on program including events focused on:
• Community Service
• Social Networking
• Professional Development
Job Qualifications:
• Full-time enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s or post-Bachelor’s degree program (specific areas of study required for some internships).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Bachelor’s degree students should be entering their junior or senior year.
• Completion of some core curriculum classes is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Professional communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, at the specified location, complete Penske’s employment application, and undergo a background investigation (including employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

The job requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
