Job Description: Peacock Internship Program
Applications Close: December 6th at 11:59pm ET (applications may close earlier due to volume)
Program Dates: June 2 – August 8, 2025
Time Commitment: 40 hours per week (schedule determined by business needs)
Location: Universal City, CA

Available Internship Areas:
• Audience Development, CRM: Support various CRM campaigns across NBC, Telemundo, and ELG networks, including email, mobile push, and web push campaigns. Partner with marketing and campaign operations teams. Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Platform Editorial: Contribute to the curation and programming of content, collections, stunts, and user interactions on Peacock. Work across entertainment/VOD, sports/live merchandising, and testing teams. Opportunity to participate in platform curation, metadata optimization, and campaign development.
• Product Marketing – Web Strategy CRO: Support the Web Strategy & CRO team in overseeing growth opportunities for Peacock’s website and mobile app stores. Responsibilities include developing marketing landing pages, conducting competitive analysis, and supporting cross-functional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
• Actively enrolled in a degree-granting program during the internship period (June-August 2025).
• Must be a sophomore or above (30 credits).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship.
• Willing to work in Universal City, CA.
Desired Characteristics:
• Junior or above class standing preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong interest in marketing, media, and/or entertainment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements based on Area of Interest:
• Audience Dev, CRM: Experience with AirTable, Branch, Iterable, and/or Tableau a plus. A/B testing experience preferred.
• Audience Dev, Promo Planning: Interest in operational and analytical work.
• Platform Editorial: Experience with CMS and content curation for websites/video services preferred.
• Product Marketing: Experience working in a CMS preferred.
Compensation:
• Undergraduate interns: $17.50 per hour
• Graduate interns: $25.00 per hour
