Job Description: Summer 2025 Internship – Paid Search/Paid Social

DELVE DEEPER is seeking recent graduates (class of 2024/2025) for a 12-week summer internship (June-August 2025) in Louisville, Colorado, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. The internship offers hands-on experience in paid search and paid social advertising under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

The intern will have the opportunity to:

• Gain practical experience in paid search and paid social advertising.
• Contribute to projects, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Learn from a seasoned team of digital marketing professionals.
• Develop skills in research and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate (2024/2025) or soon-to-be graduate.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and paid social advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly driven, curious, and motivated personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fundamental understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.

Requirements:

• Completion of three years of study toward a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher.

Compensation: $22 per hour.
