Job Description: PulteGroup Summer 2025 Internship

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry and build a strong foundation for a long-term career. The internships are designed to give a holistic understanding of the industry through rotational shadowing across various functions and departments.

Internship Structure:

Rotational Shadowing: Interns will shadow different functions within the company to gain a broad perspective.
Daily Work: Interns will contribute to meaningful projects within their designated function, working alongside experienced professionals.
Training & Development: PulteGroup invests in intern development through centralized training programs.
Capstone Presentation: Interns conclude their experience by presenting their work and ideas to local Division leadership.

Marketing Internship Specific Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
Marketing & Advertising: Assist with marketing and advertising promotional activities, including social media, email, and web campaigns.
Media Asset Creation: Assist with the intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive market analysis to identify opportunities.
SEO Projects: Contribute to SEO projects, including blog posts and website content.

General Internship Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Ideally pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Architecture, or a similar field. Undergraduate or graduate student enrollment (or recent graduate) is required, with sophomore status or higher preferred. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is preferred.
Skills: Curious, coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable, motivated, enthusiastic, strong communication skills (written and verbal), tech-savvy (especially Excel and Microsoft Teams), strong organizational skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and a bias for action. A strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry is preferred. Extracurricular activities are a plus.

Internship Details:

Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks); application period: October 1, 2024 – March 14, 2025.
Schedule: 40 hours per week; schedule varies by position.
Compensation: $20/hour (may vary by position and location).
Benefits: Temporary employees are eligible for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Format: Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities.
Locations: Florida (Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Orlando, Riverview, West Palm Beach), Nevada (Las Vegas), North Carolina (Raleigh), Texas (Austin).
