Summer 2025 Internship – Compensation Intern
This internship will be a hybrid position based in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Compensation Team with the preparation, testing, and validation of data for the Year-End Compensation process.
• Ensure data compliance with internal policies, market competitiveness, and labor laws.
• Analyze year-end compensation proposals to ensure alignment with performance guidelines.
• Review job descriptions for accuracy and consistency with the internal job architecture.
• Document and maintain administrative procedures.
• Create and validate employee compensation statements.
• Attend meetings in the NYC office as needed.
Qualifications:
• Completed at least two years towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Willingness to work onsite in the New York City office and/or Monmouth Junction, NJ office 3 days a week.
