Business Infrastructure Improvement: We assist with the implementation, management, and optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other business processes. This includes streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency.

Job Description: Summer 2025 Internship (Remote, Commission-Based)

We are seeking three highly motivated and capable interns for a remote summer internship program commencing in Summer 2025. This is a commission-based opportunity, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your performance and the success you help generate for the company and our clients. This provides a unique chance to gain valuable real-world experience and earn while you learn.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns. This may involve research, content creation, email marketing, and social media engagement.
• Supporting social media marketing efforts, including content scheduling, community management, and campaign performance analysis.
• Contributing to the implementation and management of CRM systems and other business processes for both our company and our clients. This could involve data entry, process documentation, and system optimization.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Contributing to client communication and project management tasks, as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant college or university program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, etc.).
• Strong interest in business growth, lead generation, social media marketing, and/or CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, CRM software).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote environment.
• A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
