Summer 2025 Finance Internship Description

This 10-week full-time internship program offers college students practical business experience. Participants will develop leadership skills, deepen their understanding of finance concepts, and gain real-world experience.

• Budget support

Career Path:

This internship program is a key pipeline for Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a two-and-a-half-year program designed to develop future finance leaders. The FLDP includes rotational assignments, in-depth training, and ongoing coaching, focusing on leadership and technical skills.

Compensation:

The anticipated base pay is between $21/hour and $23/hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience. The position is overtime eligible. Interns may also be eligible for company benefits like medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay.
