What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support for Chromebook operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the school district office.
• Office Organization: Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining an effective and welcoming office environment that serves the diverse needs of administration, faculty, students, and parents.
• Clerical Duties: Execute a wide range of secretarial and clerical tasks, managing varied assignments accurately and promptly.
• Environment Maintenance: Actively assist in upholding a clean, attractive, orderly, and safe office environment conducive to productivity and positive interactions.
• Direction Implementation: Reliably follow all oral and written directions provided by the Assigned School District Administrator to implement clerical services and job-specific instructions.
