Job Description: Subcontract Program Manager (SPM)

This role involves leading the management of subcontractor relationships and critical systems across various contract types within the TES domain. The SPM will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Subcontract Management Teams: Overseeing subcontracts and critical subcontracted systems within the TES domain.
• Directing and Managing Performance: Ensuring subcontractors adhere to all cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical requirements outlined in agreements.
• Developing Strategic Plans: Formulating sourcing and subcontract program management strategies aligned with program objectives.
• Subcontractor Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and the program management office, fostering clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
• Subcontract Management: Supervising all stages of the subcontract process, from making business cases for make/buy decisions to negotiating agreements and overseeing program execution.
• Performance Decision Making: Making critical decisions impacting subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals.
• Schedule and Specification Compliance: Establishing milestone objectives and ensuring adherence to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
