What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide personalized instruction to individual students through 1-on-1 online tutoring or instant tutoring sessions.
• Teach effective study techniques, including spaced repetition, active recall, note-taking methods, time management, and test preparation strategies.
• Guide students in developing study habit, implementing organizational systems, creating academic plans, and setting achievable goals.
• Adapt instruction to address common student challenges like procrastination and ineffective study habits across middle school through college levels.
• Utilize the Live Learning Platform and AI-Powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time support, lesson generation, and engagement features.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge of effective study techniques, learning science principles, and metacognitive awareness with a focus on improving academic performance.
• Experience: Skilled at teaching study habit development, organizational system implementation, and academic planning strategies, including familiarity with academic coaching approaches and common student challenges.
• Skills: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles, and communicate effectively with a friendly and engaging teaching style.
