This role, an entry-level student intern position, is centered on supporting career development within the organization through various educational and training initiatives, while also contributing to student education in a clinical context.
Job Profile Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to support the career development of employees by participating in the development of education, training curricula, materials, and programs. These programs are designed to address the current and future talent needs of the organization. Additionally, the role involves Student Education duties, where the intern will contribute to clinical training and patient care. The areas of education specifically mentioned include residents, fellows, Pharmacy, Imaging, medical students, and bachelor’s level interns. This is characterized as an organizational related support or service role (administrative or clerical) or one that supports daily business activities (technical, clinical, non-clinical) in a “hands-on” environment. The majority of time will be spent delivering support services or activities, typically under supervision. Physical Requirements:
The role is largely sedentary, meaning the intern will spend most of the time sitting. However, it may involve:

• Being frequently required to speak, hear, communicate, and exchange information.
