Job Description: Open Student Vacancy in Canon’s Recruitment Department
Job Title: Student in Recruitment Department
Job Summary: Canon Production Printing seeks a creative and proactive BSc or MSc student to contribute to its recruitment and employer branding strategies. This is a unique opportunity where the student will largely define the focus of their assignment.
Responsibilities: The student will have considerable freedom to analyze, research, and propose solutions to identified challenges within the recruitment process. Potential project areas include:
• Optimizing recruitment processes: Improving candidate sourcing, screening, and selection methods, focusing on efficiency and candidate experience.
• Leveraging technology: Identifying and implementing new tools or platforms to enhance hiring strategies.
The student will receive expert coaching and guidance throughout the project.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and creatively, developing innovative solutions.
• Availability for a 4-6 month assignment (minimum 3-4 days per week).
