Description: Student-Athlete Micro Internship – Adobe.com Product Management

Opportunity: This program offers student-athletes a unique chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to real-world projects at Adobe. You will collaborate with top professionals, develop crucial skills, and potentially contribute to the company’s future success.

Focus: The internship focuses on enhancing Adobe.com, a critical platform for millions of users and a significant revenue generator for Adobe. You will be part of the Adobe.com Product Management team, directly impacting the user experience and the platform’s evolution.

Responsibilities:

Plan and Launch Experiments: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement website tests that optimize for key business objectives (e.g., SEO), integrating product features.
Develop Prioritization Roadmap: Evaluate data and business needs to prioritize new initiatives and feature integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and impact.
Present Insights: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, promoting informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

Student-Athlete Status: Must be currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 – December 2026.
Relevant Degree: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management & Technology, or a related field is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Organization: Organized, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Compensation: The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 – $51.00 hourly, with the specific rate dependent on location.
