About the Job
Work Hours: 15-29 hours/week: M – F, 7AM-5PM
About the Role
This position is to assist and support the administrative teams of Overhead Construction. The role will include general office duties such as:
- Filing, scanning, copying, and reviewing documents as per instruction.
- Transferring paper documents to electronic data.
- Assisting with invoice reconciliation and payment.
- Auditing time sheets.
- General data entry to keep databases updated.
The student will work with basic Microsoft Office products as well as KUB proprietary software.
Physical Requirements
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move or relocate files, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a full-time student of an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or graduate-level degree.
- Must have and maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00am–4:30 pm.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Requirements
- Pursuing a business-related undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write reports/summaries/articles requiring minimal review.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint.
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to work with multiple different teams and departments across the organization.
