Job Title: Student

Job Summary:
The Student position involves assisting the hiring department with various duties as needed.

Education and Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Minimum one year of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess a wide range of abilities, including:

Communication Skills:
• Able to read, write, and speak with professional quality.
• Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others.
• Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
• Able to compose written material.

Technical/Computer Skills:
• Able to use computer and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
• Able to operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:
• Able to provide leadership.
• Able to be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, rules, and laws.
• Able to lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate.
• Able to accept direction.

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking Skills:
