Job Description: Strategy Summer Scholar
This is a fast-paced opportunity for students to gain practical experience in strategic consulting while developing their business skills.
What You’ll Do:
• Work alongside industry-leading clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations’ strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term profitability.
• Exercise strong analytical skills, solve complex business problems, and communicate your findings to executive audiences.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with a team to analyze and distill information to hypothesize, test, and develop recommendations.
• Participate in a variety of projects, such as:
• Building a go-to-market strategy and business case for a new product launch.
• Creating and executing an acquisition strategy to access new markets and guiding organizations through the acquisition process.
• Conducting technology assessments and building new tech strategies to support future business needs.
• Crafting enterprise and operating model designs and guiding the organizations through the transition.
• Developing supply chain operations strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Defining digital/omnichannel customer experiences and building technology implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications:
• Enrollment in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress in business, economics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, operations & supply chain, or liberal arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations).
• Strong academic credentials (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
