What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Support: Support the Senior Site Representative Japan on strategic activities specific to Japan.
• Internal Coordination: Manage Japan ExCo forums and multiple workstreams within the Japan LSEG site to enhance the ONE LSEG value proposition.
• External Engagement: Manage strategic reputational external community activities, such as customer communities, EDI, and UK-related forums.
• Account Ecosystem Management: Ensure the smooth running of the ecosystem and multiple workstreams for select priority accounts, with opportunities to engage with the AI ecosystem for non-sales/partner accounts.
• Business Development Support: Engage with client strategy POCs and internal teams as a strategic support lever for opportunity identification or smooth deal negotiations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level Manager. Core domain knowledge in strategic business development, executive coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience: Proven ability to build and manage critical business relationships, develop joint business plans, and drive growth initiatives. Experience supporting senior leadership or acting in a chief-of-staff capacity, including managing workstreams and governance forums.
• Skills: Strategic Business Development, Executive Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement, Analytical and Planning Ability, Communication in English and Japanese.
