About the Position: Strategy Intern
This internship within the Strategy and Business Operations team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Salesforce in Southern Europe. As a Strategy Intern, you will play a critical role within the Sales Strategy team, directly impacting the company’s growth and development.
Responsibilities:
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and identify potential growth areas.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the sales organization, including business planning, market segmentation, pipeline analysis, coverage optimization, and ongoing performance measurement.
• Project Management: Drive projects that enhance sales processes and optimize sales coverage models using data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and facilitate successful project execution.
• Presentation & Communication: Develop clear and concise presentations for senior executives, presenting your findings and recommendations in a compelling and impactful manner.
• Fiscal Year Planning: Assist in the design and implementation of planning models, sales territories, and sales quotas, contributing to the company’s financial success.
• Strategic Initiatives: Participate in key strategic initiatives to transform and shape the business for ongoing growth and expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales strategy & operations, management consultancy, or a comparable field is preferred.
